We spent 13 nights at Kalamaki Flats as a family with our two-year-old daughter, and it was just right for us. The apartment was spotless, nicely furnished, and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped, and there was plenty of room even with a toddler. Our balcony, with its lovely view of the surroundings, became our favorite place for morning coffee. Guests can also use the roomy shared terrace, reached by the stairs, which was a nice spot to relax together. Mrs. Ferhan made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. She was warm, thoughtful, and always available when we needed help. After our long journey, it was a lovely surprise to find the fridge stocked with delicious treats. Kalkan won us over with its narrow, picturesque streets, flowers everywhere, and special atmosphere. It was our first visit to Turkey, and we won’t forget it. We’re sure we’ll return. Thank you, Mrs. Ferhan, for such a memorable stay.

Just a five-minute walk from the beach, and the rooftop has lovely views across town and the sea. The room felt cozy and homey, and the host was incredibly kind. They gave us delicious homemade treats, explained the town thoughtfully, and left plenty of fresh fruit and drinks. All those little touches stayed with me. I’ll tell everyone about this unforgettable trip.

We’re still here after a week, and it’s a gorgeous place right in the heart of town, very close to the town beach. Ferhan is lovely and clearly takes pride in looking after guests. She makes you feel special and welcome. I’d highly recommend the flats for a couple or small family.

The flats are fully equipped, with things like coffee machines and dishwashers, so we didn’t need anything. It’s a great location in Kalkan, just a minute’s walk from the beach, and we really enjoyed our stay. The sea view from the terrace is gorgeous, especially while nibbling something and sipping wine. Housekeeping was lovely and did a great job even with our messy five-year-old. They also have a sustainability certificate, which shows they care about the environment. Highly recommended.

Ferhan’s house is beautiful and so well located, just two minutes from the beach and two minutes the other way from the main strip of shops, bars, and restaurants. She and her husband stayed up to help when I arrived, checked in with me during my stay, and were always there if I needed anything. I had a lovely time staying with her and will be back.
