Kalkan Han Hotel

The view over Kalkan and the sea was a highlight all week, whether we were having breakfast, watching the sunset, or just looking out. The hotel’s location is great, with direct access to a stylish restaurant and bar for relaxed evenings, and the charming center only a short walk away. The whole property and our room were spotless and beautifully looked after. From arrival, the team were warm, attentive, and made us feel at home, almost like family. We had a wonderful week and will definitely be back. A heartfelt thanks to everyone.

The staff were welcoming, attentive, and friendly without ever being pushy. They even arranged a lovely boat trip for us, which made the holiday extra special. Kalkan Han Hotel is beautifully and charmingly decorated, and its location is perfect. We felt at home from the moment we arrived. We’d gladly recommend it to friends and family, and will definitely return. A real gem in Kalkan!

The restaurant and cocktail bar at Kalkan Han served some of the best food we’ve had. The location made it easy to walk everywhere, too. We loved our room, with its balcony overlooking all of Kalkan, beautiful details, great amenities, the comfiest bed, and even a spa bath on the balcony. This has been our favorite stay of the holiday so far. Highly recommend Kalkan Han if you’re visiting.

We stayed in suite 2, which had a lovely balcony and hot tub. In the height of summer, I think that’s especially useful, since it gives you somewhere to cool off without going to a beach club. The rooms were immaculate and the staff were very friendly. The traditional Turkish breakfast wasn’t quite to my taste, but I’m a fussy eater, so that’s on me. The hotel sits nicely at the higher end of the old town, yet everything is close by. Don’t miss Salonika 1881 downstairs, it’s a fantastic restaurant.
