We’ve made this our fifth visit, and apartment 17’s lovely roof terrace was a highlight again. The welcome food and water were handy, and the staff are wonderful. Since our flight home was late and nobody was booked in after us, they let us keep the apartment until we left, giving us a whole extra day in the sun. It’s good value, on a quiet street just five minutes from the main strip, and we booked directly through their website. I’d highly recommend the Korsan.

The staff were the sweetest part of a fantastic stay, so kind and lovely. Our suite had a beautiful view, a jacuzzi and a very well-equipped kitchen. Breakfast was lovely too, with lots to choose from.

Getting back from town meant a bit of an uphill slog, though the location otherwise worked well: quiet enough to escape the noise and an easy enough walk to the old town. We had apartment 16, one of the multi-level units. It was spacious, with a fantastic roof terrace, but felt a little tired inside. The kitchen items didn’t match, though everything we needed was there.

I wouldn’t recommend it. The room’s only air conditioning is in the bedroom, the WiFi was unreliable, and the furniture is old with a loose bed. Sleep was difficult both at night and around midday: from 6 in the morning staff shouted and clattered things around, and the old doors throughout the house made a lot of noise. I could also hear the shared washing machine and pumping station in the bedroom day and night.

My apartment was lovely, and the balcony had a beautiful sea view. I’d recommend it for couples or families on holiday.
