Nur Suites & Hotels

We loved how easy it was to get around. Supermarkets are right on the doorstep, and it's a 5 min walk into Kalkan town. I last visited about 23 years ago, and couldn't believe how much it had changed. There are so many beautiful bars and restaurants, including rooftop places with lovely views, and we struggled to choose. Everyone we met in the bars, shops, and restaurants was friendly and chatty. Kalkan is beautiful, with lots to offer, and the beach clubs were fantastic too. Nur suites was tucked away at the back, so at first it felt like we had the place to ourselves. It was peaceful, with a clean pool and a homely feel. More people arrived the following week, and it was nice to have others around the pool too. Our daughter fell in love with one of the adorable cats there, which made her holiday. We also went to the coffee shop next door every day for amazing drinks, and I'm fussy, so that's saying something. Baris and his team made us feel welcome from arrival to departure. We were exhausted after a lot of things to deal with before leaving England, and got there in the very early hours, but Alper chatted with us and made us feel at ease. Baris told us our room would be ready soon and suggested places to visit. We got a great, modern room with a huge bathroom, excellent aircon, and a fridge. The guys were always around if we needed anything. The staff I mentioned on Airbnb were lovely with our daughter Sienna, and their friendliness really made a difference, whether we were just getting up in the morning or coming back late from drinks or dinner in town. I should mention Baris plays great bongos with a great band. We went to see them several times at Zircus. The holiday was one of our best, and we hope to return. Nur suites and the coffee shop staff helped make it so special.

I stayed here in 2020, and on my current visit in May 2022 it seemed to have been upgraded. The welcome was extremely friendly, and I got a lovely, spacious one bedroom apartment with a kitchen, terrace, and balcony. It had much more room than I'd expected, and everything was clean and modern. The bed was comfortable, and breakfast was tasty. They also let me check in very early and check out very early. Messages on WhatsApp were always answered quickly and warmly. I really couldn't have asked for more. Thanks so much, guys. Looking forward to next time!

The location was perfect, the rate was reasonable, and the WiFi was excellent. There are loads of good restaurants and bakeries just a stone throw away. The courtyard is a lovely place to relax, with a fully stocked bar, and the pool is 100%. I added one more night to my stay 😊 I got a great welcome and a bigger room as an upgrade. The guy at reception, whose name I unfortunately forgot, was very nice, attentive, and helpful. He also works at the bar and is always warm and friendly. The room was spacious, with two balconies, a bedroom with a large comfortable bed, a bathroom that wasn't very [unclear in source], an unequipped kitchenette, and a living area where the light didn't work, probably just needing a bulb change. The hotel itself is fantastic, and I would recommend it for its location, price, and cool vibe. The room cleanliness was the problem. The carpets were quite dirty, and housekeeping didn't come the first morning. The next morning I had to ask for the room, especially the bathroom, to be cleaned. The shower glass door looked as though it hadn't been washed for months, and there was dust and hair everywhere. I also had to ask the housekeeper to make the bed after she said she'd finished “cleaning.” She put the extra blanket in the closet without folding it, good luck to the next guest. She mopped without sweeping first, so it didn't do much. For room cleanliness I'd give it 6/10. They need to improve the cleaning.

Right in the center, close to cafés, restaurants, Banks, and shopping. The rooms are modern, clean, and fully equipped. The owner and staff are friendly and helpful. I recommend it.
