The staff were generally polite, but most spoke only Turkish and Russian, with very limited English, so it was hard to get help at times. The beach was much smaller than those at neighboring hotels, felt crowded, and had too few sunbeds for the guests, making it difficult to find a place to relax. The rooms were much smaller than expected, with little space to move comfortably. For the price and advertised 4-star rating, I expected more. Food was another letdown: the choices lacked variety and meals quickly became repetitive. If you're looking for diverse food, this isn't the place. I recently stayed here and found the experience underwhelming. The hotel doesn't live up to its 4-star rating. With the limited food selection, small rooms, inadequate beach facilities, and language barriers, it's hard to recommend. I'd look elsewhere for a true 4-star stay.

My partner and I had a great two weeks here recently. The food was delicious every day, with lots of different choices. Our room was spacious, bright, and clean, and the maid service came daily. The animation team were always great fun, and the bar and reception staff worked hard. You may need Google Translate sometimes, as English was limited. Most places are within walking distance, and taxis are available if you need one. We'd happily recommend this hotel and would certainly stay again.

The hotel made a good first impression, clean and nice, with a very robust kitchen. Staff were friendly and kind, and we were travelling as a family with two small kids. The pools were clean, though there weren't quite enough couches. The hotel program had lots going on, sometimes a little loud even after 22:00. After two nights, we noticed red bites on the uncovered parts of our bodies, arms and legs. The room had bedbugs. I reported it at the desk and asked to change rooms, and they met my request. This was my only negative experience. I am sure they knew about the bedbug issue and put us in that room with small children. Aside from that, I would recommend the hotel.

There were times I had to wait just to find a spot for my towel by the beach or pool, and the same feeling of overcrowding applied to everything at the hotel. It seems to take in more guests than the space can handle. The beach is sandy, but small, and the water was dirty with lots of big rocks. The rooms are old too. It’s listed as a 4-star place, though to me it barely deserves 3.
