We came three years ago for a post-honeymoon holiday and ended up extending our Kalkan stay to two days because we were so happy there. The couple running the place gave us a very warm welcome. That evening we'd been looking among other accommodations charging exorbitant prices because of the British, and found this one. From our room, Kalkan felt right at our feet. The room was spotless and we slept deeply and peacefully, then had a lovely spread for breakfast in the morning. I hope it's still just as beautiful. We love you.

It's a small family-run guesthouse. The stairs up to the terrace felt steep to me, but the view is magnificent, with Kalkan Bay and the endless Mediterranean Sea in sight. I'd recommend it for a relaxing holiday with young people.

We first planned to stay just one night, but the cleanliness and warm welcome impressed us enough to keep us there for three nights. We stayed five years ago, using it as a base for nearby beautiful places like Patara, Kaş, and Kaputaj. We're looking forward to going back at the first opportunity.
