The place itself is beautiful and peaceful, and a front room has a magnificent view. The rooms are small but workable. I've been staying here for years, but this year's visit was disappointing, and the photos really sum it up. My room wasn't fully clean when I arrived. I asked for another cleaning, but it was only superficial, so I bought wet wipes and cleaned it myself. Maybe guests should be given some. After that, it wasn't cleaned again for three days, and the water wasn't replenished either. There are ashtrays in the rooms, so I assume smoking is allowed. That leaves a bad smell and seems like a fire risk. Beach towels used to be available, but now you need to bring your own. The stairs inside the hotel are a mess, too. The staff seemed unhappy. I said good morning or thank you and usually got no response. When I ordered a drink, it came in a bottle, and asking for a glass seemed to annoy them. With fries, they gave me no fork, napkin, or wet wipes, so I had to eat with my hands and wash them afterward. It's a lovely place to stay, but the management seems to be in a very bad state.

The daytime snacks were good and reasonably priced, but the breakfast was average, with little variety. Ordering anything extra in the morning meant waiting an hour. The staff wanted to help but seemed inexperienced, and more professional, careful service would make the stay more pleasant. The beach was the best part. Compared with the nearby public beach, the water was calmer and more pleasant for swimming. It was shallow and lovely, with some seaweed. There were jellyfish on the first day but not the days after. The loungers were spaced out nicely, though they were so hard they really need cushions. Our room was very small, with no balcony or even hangers for swimsuits. We only learned on arrival that larger rooms with balconies were available, as the woman handling reservations hadn't mentioned them. We called her three times to book, but she never sent the bank details needed to make the reservation. Rooms aren't cleaned daily, only when you ask, so bear that in mind if you stay here.

The restaurant prices were high for such small portions, and the vegetable anchovies I tried were the worst I've ever eaten. The staff were extremely indifferent. The rooms felt cramped because they were so tiny, and one night the bathroom railing suddenly fell off while we were inside. The rooms aren't cleaned.

We spent two days here and felt it's Kerpe's best boutique hotel for both location and service. It's in a quiet, very clean bay with a sandy beach. The rooms are a little small, but they're new and functional.
