I spent three nights at the hotel. It was clean, and breakfast was good. A coffee maker and a safe would have improved the service, but the location was excellent for shopping and dining.

The stay was excellent, and I'd definitely recommend this hotel. The only issue was the internet, which was sometimes poor.

The friendly staff and central location are why I'd stay here again. Mr. Celal and Mr. Ekrem were especially helpful. I've stayed at this hotel twice, and it's close to most of the tourist spots in the city center. If I visit Trabzon again, I'll definitely come back.

My friend Dariush went down for breakfast, and money was stolen from him. This hotel doesn't feel safe at all.

Good value for the price, with a nice breakfast buffet. The staff are open to suggestions.
