The staff are helpful, and there's parking out front. Restaurants, the market and supermarkets are close by, and the room has a refrigerator and AC. But the hygiene was lacking. I stay in hotels often, and I don't think I'll choose this one again because when cleanliness is poor, nothing feels right.

The location made my job easier, and the staff were attentive and helpful. My room at Kapaklı Begonya Hotel was clean and comfortable, so I was very pleased with the stay. All in all, a very good experience.

We only stayed one night, but I wouldn't choose this place again or recommend it. Hygiene was very poor: the toilet hadn't been cleaned and the trash hadn't been taken out. There wasn't even a mosquito net on the window. The room had one fan and no AC or anything like that. In a room for three, there was only one power outlet per bed, and you had to play hide-and-seek to find the others.

I've stayed in hundreds of places, and as a Google Level 6 reviewer and auditor, this was the worst place I've ever been. It's a guesthouse, not a hotel. The motto was something like friendly, clean, newly opened, but none of that gets you sleep or peace. There was no breakfast, and in Çerkezköy's humid 37-degree Celsius heat, the rooms had no AC. People were awake all night, like they were in a ward of a mental asylum. The floor was damp and the bed was sticky and wet. Open the window and you'd see a huge headboard and electrical wires dangling behind it, touching the curtains above. A couple of bits of furniture had been put in haphazardly, the outside was painted blue, and the place had no star rating. You couldn't even think about opening the door at night because of the heat. The balconies were shared, so someone from the next room could walk onto yours and into your room, putting your life and belongings at risk. Downstairs, there was a chained dog, a bear-killing dog. As I was about to go to bed, it climbed on the metal boxes and roared. The room filled with smells of bakery food, chicken, döner, kebabs and other hot, overcooked food, along with noisy, mournful arabesque music from passing cars. By morning I was hungry and sleep-deprived, and ran away. The people giving it five stars with lines like "friendly staff" either hadn't stayed there or were using bot accounts. At check-in, the lady said, "We take the money upfront at check-in; if you try to leave, you can't get it," and didn't even smile. If you want to be humiliated for your money, with no breakfast or AC, dogs barking all night, hot food smells, and that car music, then stay here. Even the hotel staff didn't know anything about the hotel, the AC or the shared balcony. If you have any sense, my friend, sleep in your car. It's better.
