The central location was convenient, but we practically ran out of the place. My wife and I were on a Black Sea tour and stayed one night. The room was incredibly dirty: the sofa was so filthy it was hard to tell just how bad it was, there was hair in the refrigerator, and the toilet had been washed but was left soaking wet with lots of male hair in it. The towels were old and stiff. Thankfully I had brought my own sheets and pillowcase, so we didn't have to use those things.

The internet and TV were much better than you usually get. The view, location, and staff were all perfect, and it's a nice place for families too. I highly recommend it.

The rooms have everything you might need, and the hotel is clean and lovely. The staff were kind and really friendly.

We came as a large group, and the central location made it easy to get around. The rooms were clean, and the staff were sincere and friendly. I also left my bag behind; even after some time had passed, Mr. Mertcan got it back to me without any trouble and paid the shipping himself. That really showed me there are still good people. We're so grateful to him.

We were very happy with how warmly we were welcomed. The rooms were clean, in good condition, and had everything we needed. Thanks as well for being attentive to any problems we might have had. We appreciate the service.
