Really enjoyed the experience. The staff were friendly, and the prices felt reasonable.

The main dishes were very good, and the food was delicious. The waiters paid attention to us, but our group didn't get served together smoothly: my plate came out while my friends were still eating. The appetizers and complimentary items were also very sparse, with almost nothing provided. It would be much better if they improved that.

The food was bad, and the meatballs were dry and badly presented. We hadn't been back for a long time, and the place has really gone downhill. The head waiter was the one person with a smile, and he helped us choose food. The two waitresses seemed unhappy to be there, looked sullen, and answered questions in a way that felt almost threatening. At the cashier, one asked me, “Sister, how do I pay?” I told her, “Excuse me, where do I become your sister?” It's not about age. Customers should be addressed as “Madam” or “Sir,” since we're not their siblings. I get that people may become friendly after a few visits, but that drawn-out “Sister...” was not appropriate. A little friendliness and attention shouldn't be so hard. 😡😡😡😡

I didn't stay in the hotel, so I can't say anything about the rooms. The sautéed meat, pide, and lahmacun were good, though the appetizers were too limited, so I took points off.
