The rooms and beds were spotless, and the apartment is right in central Karaburun, within walking distance of most places. The furniture isn’t anything fancy, but the value for money is great. There’s a kitchen, fridge, and washing machine, with everything you need covered. Definitely recommend it.

The owner was really attentive and gave us lots of useful information about the places we planned to visit. We found this apart-hotel by chance and didn’t expect it to be so comfortable. The room had been thought through well, and it felt much more like a hotel than an apartment. It covered everything we needed.

Mr. Kaan was very kind and helped with everything, even bringing mountain water for tea and lending a hand with a barbecue on the terrace, which is normally for his family. The place itself is lovely, with careful details and an elegant feel. Rooms have sea or mountain views, and each one is named after a bay in Karaburun, with a photo of that bay on the wall. They’re equipped with all the essentials. The premises are excellent.

I came across this apartment online by chance and stayed with my wife and daughter from August 18-20, 2025. Our room had a mini-fridge, gas stove, washing machine, and TV, so we could make our own meals. The Wi-Fi was excellent, and there was a little garden just for our room. Everything was very clean, including the bathroom, and hot water was always available. Great price for what you get.
