Housekeeping was particularly helpful and quick to assist us, and everyone at reception was patient and respectful. When I arrived for my three-day booking, they welcomed me with a cocktail. The room looked lovely, and the whole team showed real hospitality. I was impressed and would visit again on my next trip, God willing. The central location made it easy to find the hotel, even on our first day. Lokantasi next door was good, and we could reach European-side attractions on foot or by public transport. The shared areas had plenty of comfortable seating where we could relax. Our room was cleaned quickly every day, with fresh towels and shampoo. Ceren, Ahmet, and the rest of the team looked after us for four nights. The front desk helped with questions about SIM cards, the airport bus, and football, and shared insights into local daily life we wouldn’t otherwise have known. We had a great time, and hope to return. Love from Singapore.

The location was hard to beat, with Istiklal Street just seconds away, shops and restaurants all around, and some stores open after midnight. Even so, the room stayed peaceful and quiet. Breakfast was so good, with lots of choice, gluten-free options, delicious sweets, and eggs that were world-class. Everything was spotless, fresh, and well maintained. I stayed at Moxy Taksim for three nights in February 2025 on a business trip, and loved it. I work in the hotel industry, so I notice the details. Check-in was a solid 10+, and the team gave me the right information in perfect English. They were kind, professional, helpful, and always smiling, with such positive energy from the moment I arrived. Husein, Ceren, Diyar, and Caner made the stay extra special. The people really are the heart of Moxy Taksim. I can’t wait to come back!

Getting around was easy, with shops, restaurants, and public transport close by. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help. My room was clean and comfortable, and I had a wonderful stay at Moxy Istanbul. I’d definitely stay again.

The lively modern design and ideal spot in the heart of Taksim made this a great base, with shops, attractions, and public transport close at hand. The staff were polite, friendly, and always willing to help with a smile. Kubilky was especially helpful, as was the whole team. Special thanks to FOM Kemal. I had a very pleasant stay and would choose the hotel again on another visit to Istanbul.
