The roof-top restaurant serves a tasty breakfast with options for different tastes. The place itself is clean and cosy, under 1 km from The Grand Bazaar. The nearby streets are lined with clothes and shoe shops.

The rooms were clean, but cramped, and breakfast wasn't very good. You're close to everything, though the stairs really wore me out. The bar menu was empty, and there was no drinking water, so you had to buy it. Any service had to be paid for in advance.

I was very pleased with the place. The restaurant is on the top floor and has a lovely view, and the receptionists were really friendly. The rooms were clean too.

The Wi-Fi was very slow, and breakfast was the same every day.

The service was terrible. I had booked my room two months ahead but was left waiting until 9 p.m. for it, with no explanation. The hotel's check-in time is 1 p.m. Well done, guys!
