The hotel has a vibe I really love, and I’d happily come back if I return. It’s the best place I’ve stayed so far, almost like being in a movie. Everyone treated us with respect. The staff looked neat, were lovely, took our bags, and wanted to show us the rooms properly. Our room was pretty and very clean, with soft beds that made it easy to sleep. There’s a fridge with coffee and water, and the air conditioning was great. If you ask for things like towels or toilet paper, they bring them right away. In the morning, you can go one or two floors down to a restaurant and choose what to eat. They also have drinks and dessert, and I liked that the water was cold. They spray water in the restaurant, and the roof is partly open, so it feels fresh. There’s another restaurant in the hotel where you can order food too. I haven't tried the shower yet, but I'm sure it's amazing. I DEFINITELY recommend this place.

That cafe made me feel right at home, and I loved it. The breakfast was delicious too. I’m glad I finally found the right hotel, with a great spot near the metro and tram. The staff were helpful, especially the kind girl [Kawthar]. I won’t forget her.

Yusufpasa is near Aksari and Fatih, both tourist attractions, and the area stays lively day and night with plenty of shops. The staff at Bern Hotel were welcoming, wonderful, and so accommodating. They really made my stay memorable. The rooms could use a bit more space and some modernising, but it’s absolutely good value for money. I’d gladly stay here on future visits and highly recommend it. Thanks to all the staff.

Ali the manger was especially polite and helpful, and the whole staff were welcoming, smiling, and ready to help. I’m so glad we picked Bern Otel for our vacation. It was very clean and well organized, and the hospitality was great. We were close to lots of shops and restaurants, and the tramway was nearby, which made getting around easy. Breakfast was delicious, with a nice variety of Turkish dishes. I highly recommend staying here.

The room was small, but for a 3 star hotel the experience was good overall. The staff were good, the area was really nice, and breakfast was great, with fruit, cheese, eggs and more. It’s about a minute’s walk to the tram and two minutes to the big train station.
