I've stayed here once or twice, and the bathroom showers didn't work. I told them about it, but they put me in another bad room, which was another disappointment. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place.

The room was much too hot, but they said the air conditioning was off because there was no remote. It felt like they had deliberately left it off. And when we asked for more water after the two bottles in the room, they charged us. The service made no sense to me. Absolutely terrible customer service.

Nothing was clean. The sofas were filthy and stained, and there was residue on the shower glass. Even the mirror had putty like marks on it when we arrived. It was disgusting. I absolutely don't recommend this place, especially for families with children.

Our room was an hour late even though we had a reservation. Then at 9:00 AM they called and told us to leave, although checkout time worldwide is 12:00 PM.

For an affordable place, the cleaning service is standard.
