For a budget stay, this little place in Aksaray does the job. It’s near transit and local shops, and the rooms are clean, though basic and only set up with the essentials. The staff were friendly, but could have been more professional. Don’t expect luxury or extra services.

The room had a heater for winter, but no AC. The worse problem was the receptionist, who was rude and disrespectful. He pushed me to check out early even though I wanted to stay, saying another Bulgarian customer had reserved the room. I booked somewhere else on a street full of hotel options, and only then he asked me to stay and cancel the checkout. Terrible treatment and customer service. This was my worst hotel booking experience, and I’ll never come back or consider booking here again.

My boyfriend and I went to rent a room, but the receptionist said we couldn’t stay together and would have to book separate rooms. He threatened to beat us and kick me out without returning our money if we shared one.

Yenikapi metro is only 1-2 mins away, and the rooms looked good. The place was very clean too. Highly recommend it!

Lovely staff who gave us free tea and water. The hotel itself is very nice and right in the city centre.
