We especially appreciated how clean the hotel was and that fresh towels came every day. The location made it very convenient to explore the area, and breakfast had a nice range of good options. Staff were friendly and ready to help. There was a minor room issue, but they took care of it quickly and professionally, so we felt well looked after. We had a very pleasant stay and would recommend it.

We came for the recent Europa league final. The rooms were neat and clean, the bathroom was nice, and breakfast was decent. Taksim square was an easy walk away. More than anything, the staff were friendly and incredibly helpful, they really made our stay. Thanks!

Our first trip to Turkey felt like coming home thanks to Berjer Hotel Boutique and Spa. The team welcomed my husband and me with so much care, and on cold nights they even brought complimentary hot tea. It felt like they truly looked after us. Breakfast was fresh, generous, and delicious, a lovely start to our mornings in Istanbul. The staff paid attention to the little things and went out of their way to make us comfortable. We'd gladly return, and would recommend it to couples looking for a cozy, welcoming boutique stay.

I felt at home here. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, the hotel was comfortable and very clean, and everything seemed well organized and maintained. Staff were polite, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. The service and the whole experience were better than I expected.
