Mardy Sui̇t Hotel

We spent four nights here with our 6-year-old daughter, and I wouldn’t come back. The Wi-Fi was unstable the whole time. The one good thing was the big TV. Our first room was on the -1 floor, down a dark corridor, and smelled strongly of cigarettes. Our daughter felt sick, but staff said they couldn’t control smoking in rooms. They offered us a different room for extra money, or one on the rooftop with no elevator. That room was dirty and poorly maintained too, with water damage on the ceiling and visible foam around an unfinished bathroom door. The parking area was all mud, which gets tracked into the hotel. I wouldn’t recommend this place for families.

We left Mardy Hotel the same day we checked in because the room was in unacceptable condition. The toilet hadn’t been washed, the bathroom looked used and uncleaned, and there were stains on both the duvet and carpet. The carpet hadn’t even been vacuumed. We’d paid for 3 nights, but the hotel refused to refund us after we left immediately. It was a truly bad experience, hard to believe. I should’ve checked the reviews first, since many people had complained about cleanliness, and our stay confirmed those concerns. I don’t recommend it. Avoid this hotel.

The shower had great pressure, and the rooms were comfortable. I only wish I’d stayed longer. I usually try to visit Turkey at least once a year, and I’ll be back. Good location too, and I’d recommend it to family and friends.

Breakfast was fantastic, served in a calm, pleasant setting that made for a nice start to the day. The rooms were spotless and well maintained, and felt fresh and comfortable. The staff were friendly, attentive, and ready to help with a smile from the moment we arrived. Getting here is easy, and having private parking was super convenient. Hotel Mardy brings together comfort, cleanliness, and warm hospitality. A wonderful place to stay, highly recommended!
