The apartment itself was clean and well looked after, and we were happy with it when we arrived shortly after midnight after a six-hour drive to Karaburun. But that changed when the host said we had to stay longer than agreed or leave. After we talked, he said we could stay if we paid 50% more. We felt taken advantage of, so we packed up and left. Fortunately, we found a nearby hotel with a room available. Maybe there had been a misunderstanding, but even though we were tired and wanted to find a way forward, the host made no effort to resolve it and seemed focused on getting more money from us. I’d think twice before booking here.

Mr. Nihat and Ms. Ayşenur were such welcoming, friendly hosts. We really appreciated their hospitality and were very happy with our stay. Nilüfer Apart Hotel was ideally placed, close to all the bays, with a wonderful view where the sea meets nature. We had everything we needed, including parking and a barbecue. Every room had air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a fridge, and a washing machine. Since cleanliness mattered most to us, we were glad the sheets, towels, and kitchenware were all spotless. We were traveling with our baby, and they even provided a crib. The service was truly exceptional, and we’d happily recommend the place. Thanks again for everything. We’re already looking forward to seeing you next year! :)

The price felt especially good for what we got, and the bays are an easy drive away. We returned from Ayvalık to find Ayşe and Nihat ready to welcome us. Even the phone call to book had felt warm, and in person they treated us like old family. The room was spotless, like our own home, with clean furnishings, linens, towels, and bathroom. Nihat had even put water and soda in the fridge, which made us feel as if we’d checked into a five-star hotel. I hope we can visit again soon.

We spent a week at Karaburun Nilüfer Apart with our family, from July 3rd to 10th. Mr. Nihat and Ms. Ayşenur were attentive and so warm that we felt like family. The rooms were clean and new, and many bays and beaches are only 10-15 minutes away by car. We were very pleased with the stay and grateful they made us feel at home. You can book with confidence 👍
