At Olive Residence, I personally oversee each step from booking onward and pay careful attention to every guest's needs. Making families, couples, and visitors with children comfortable is my top priority. The homes are clean, comfortable, and child-safe, in a peaceful natural setting that works especially well for families. My family and I have been coming for years, and the setting, sea, and atmosphere have usually made for a peaceful, enjoyable holiday. The experience had even surpassed what we expected. This summer, though, was a nightmare. It’s upsetting to see such a beautiful place left in the hands of staff who are unkind and inhospitable. They kept telling us and the children what we could and couldn’t do, until it felt less like a holiday and more like being trapped on an island. We’d chosen Olive Residence for years and tried to enjoy our stay without complaining to them, but what happened this time was too much. I hope action is taken about these people soon, so families can enjoy a quiet holiday without being treated this way. That was the only bad experience; aside from it, I can wholeheartedly recommend the place to anyone looking for a peaceful break. I gave one star solely to draw attention to the issue.

My stay was unfortunately unpleasant. The staff were rude and disrespectful to guests, and didn't seem willing to help. We never felt comfortable, and I didn't experience the guest-focused approach I had expected.

With the sea right outside and practical, newly built apartments, this is a lovely place for a proper holiday. It’s especially comfortable for families with kids. There are always nice neighbors, too. Just right if you’re missing those summer vacation days.
