The Wi-Fi was the one real frustration. Connecting through the hotel's portal was a hassle, and even reception needed nearly five minutes to get me online. The receptionist seemed just as fed up with it. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay. Our room was spacious, clean, well equipped, and had a large comfortable bed. The bathroom was good too, with a powerful hot shower, though one ceiling bulb needed replacing. Check-in took a while, but the elevators got us upstairs quickly once we had the key. There aren't many choices in this city, and Demosan seemed among the better ones. The open lobby and atrium made an impressive first impression. There was plenty of parking behind the hotel, but I left my rental scooter out front where it was easier to see. Breakfast was included and decent, with enough choice, though some hot dishes could have been warmer. The smoking room next door was a drawback: whenever its door opened, cigarette smoke drifted in. Next time I'd pick another table.

The breakfast buffet was the highlight, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are big, though the interior is a bit worn. For what it costs, it's decent. I was there in the middle of winter, so maybe summer feels different. At that time it felt like a huge ghost hotel. I tried to find the spa, even asked for directions, but ended up walking down two floors in total darkness. I got scared and ran back upstairs 😂

The Demosan Hotel manager and staff were really good and looked after us well during our Erasmus+ Youth Exchange event. It's a very nice hotel, and I'd recommend it to everyone.

The price was very reasonable, and we'd gladly return. We had a lovely stay, with great rooms, a relaxing spa, and exceptionally kind service from the people there.

Unacceptable. I called in English to ask about the pool and they hung up on me. That's no way to treat a customer. If you work at the front desk, you should be able to speak English instead of hanging up in someone's face 😡👎🏻
