The balcony was huge and peaceful, and we had a very friendly welcome from the staff. We were a couple over 50 visiting in mid-May, and the apartment suited us well. It’s a clean 1+1 with a separate kitchen, hot water from a tankless heater, and a large fridge with its own freezer. There were plates, cups, spoons, two very sharp knives, a Turkish teapot, frying pan and saucepan, plus a gas stove connected to mains gas. Two burners worked and two didn’t. The knobs that turn without being pressed mean those burners aren’t working; the ones that press in and turn easily do. It was enough for us. A sponge and dish soap were there too. The bedroom had two beds with excellent medium-firm mattresses, medium-height pillows, clean sheets, four light thin blankets and two very warm duvets. There are day and night blinds throughout. In the living room we had a huge soft sofa with pillows, big enough for an adult and a child, along with a TV, bench and two tables. There are large radiators throughout, rugs on the floors, and five wardrobes. The shower area had liquid soap, shower gel, toilet paper, two large towels and one small towel, all clean. We found the hotel more easily with Google Maps. The hotel listings showed incorrect details. It uses two names, MAŞA and PAŞA, but it’s the same reception and staff, so don’t be surprised. For a late check-in, call ahead. There were no mosquito screens on the windows, so bring your own repellent, though we didn’t encounter any mosquitoes. No air conditioning or fans, but we didn’t need them. There’s a grocery shop in the next building that we recommend. Two A101 stores are about 500 meters away in opposite directions. You can park a car or motorcycle by the fence, where there are two security cameras; we had no trouble. A gas station is 500 meters away and open. On Thursdays there’s a large food market in the center of Karmana, and we recommend it. Prices were lower than in Mersin. Unfortunately, my video wouldn’t fit on Google.

The price was very reasonable next to other places, and we were happy with our one-day stay. Everything was working properly, including the TV and internet. The rooms and linens were spotless, and the kitchen had a warm feel with a cupboard full of kitchenware. You can stay here without hesitation.

The owners are really attentive and friendly, and they go out of their way to help. The place itself is clean, reasonably priced, and has everything you could need. I’d recommend it to anyone.

We didn’t need to spend a lot on a hotel here. The bed was comfortable, the rooms were clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It was a lovely place. Thanks for everything 🙏🏼
