I'm replying to Mr. Sadık and Ms. Açelya. Last year, Mr. Sadık, you stayed in suite 102 at our hotel for 60 lira, though the price was 70 lira. This year, we raised our prices by 10 lira to cover expenses. You stayed in room 103 this time. Posting a photo showing the room in that condition was unethical. If you thought it was dirty or didn't like it, you could have asked reception to move you or we could have refunded you. It seems the price increase upset you, since you posted two separate reviews even though your girlfriend wasn't staying there. Still, thank you for your review, and have a good day.
