The staff at Ahiska Palace Hotel made our stay in Kars especially enjoyable. Erbil, Berk, and Muhammet were kind and professional, and Mediha and Meloş looked after us so attentively at breakfast. The hotel is right in the center, which made getting around easy, and the service was excellent. I’d definitely stay here again if I return to Kars.

Berk deserves a special thank you. He speaks English, and he was such a polite, kind, and helpful young man. We were very happy with our two nights at Ahiska Palas hotel at the end of November. It’s right in the center, close to the fortress, restaurants, and shops. The rooms were clean and comfortable, breakfast had lovely traditional food, and the price was excellent. Most people in Kars seemed to speak only Turkish or Kurdish, so Berk’s help meant a lot. :)

Berk was really helpful and speaks English. The hotel is beside Kars Castle, with shops and restaurants nearby. The rooms are on the small side but comfortable, and breakfast was good. They also helped arrange tours and a taxi to the airport.

The team at Ahiska Patel Hotel were friendly and quick to help, even answering my WhatsApp messages before I arrived. It’s a lovely hotel in a great spot, only steps from Kars Castle and surrounded by places to eat. I’d happily recommend staying here.
