We’ve chosen the Grand Ani Hotel for the second time this year, and we’ve been happy with it both times. The staff are professionals. There’s also a pool, Turkish bath, sauna, fitness center, and an indoor parking garage underneath. Even on winter mornings at -30 degrees Celsius, our cars started without trouble. The rooms were warm and very clean, and breakfast was amazing. We received the best hotel service we could have hoped for in Kars.

The breakfast buffet had a big variety and felt lovingly put together. It was amazing, even by the high breakfast standards in this area. The staff throughout the hotel were charming and very helpful, and the rooms were comfortable and spotless. For me, the Grand Ani Hotel is the perfect place to stay in Kars. It’s a beautiful house with lovely decor. I didn’t use or see the gym or pool, so I can’t comment on those.

Breakfast was generous, with so many cheeses and jams to choose from. I wasn’t feeling well, and the restaurant team made me a special dish to settle my stomach. Thanks to Baran and everyone in the restaurant for taking care of me. We loved our time in Kars and will remember this stay.

Dicle was so friendly, and the staff were great with the kids. They even let us keep using the amenities after check-out. I’d highly recommend staying here.

I asked for vegan food, and they made me a delicious dinner. The staff were always smiling and really helpful, and did a great job throughout. They made my holiday even better. It’s an amazing hotel!
