We had to stay here as part of a tour we joined from Sinop. The location is no different from the other hotels, and the cleanliness was awful. The blankets were dirty, the bathroom and toilet filthy, the faucet broken, and there was dust and dirt all over the bed edges and bedside tables. Don’t come with high expectations if you’re planning to stay here.

The staff are very attentive, and the rooms are spacious and clean. It’s right in the center, just 50 steps from Kars Castle. I’m very satisfied with this place, especially for families and civil servants.
