Everything was lovely and worth the price, apart from the gardener. He made us leave the pool before quiet time, saying it was their policy, and wouldn’t listen to us. The owner was respectful, acknowledged what happened, and understood the situation, which I appreciated.

We had a wonderful five-month winter stay. The apartments were comfortable, and both they and the grounds were immaculately cared for. The location worked well for us: we had a car, but the public bus stops right in front of the blocks, and the beach, markets, and Kordon are a 10-minute walk away. Jay was our contact on the management team and took care of anything we needed right away. He’s very kind and efficient. The WiFi is a bit weak because of the mountain behind the property, so it’s not ideal if you need to work. Jay tried moving the modem closer to us, and that helped a lot. Thanks, Legends, for a fantastic stay!

The pool was nice, though you have to swim quietly. The rest of the stay was very disappointing. We booked three bedrooms and got three, but one had no windows at all, like a prison. They claimed we had only reserved two bedrooms, which wasn’t true. The furniture was old and didn’t look like the photos, and there are no supermarkets nearby, so you need a car. The internet was extremely weak, and although we reported it, no one came to fix it. The air conditioners were also old and barely worked. We told the security guard they needed gas, but no one came to refill them. In 40-degree weather, we had no proper air conditioning. We were a family with children, and any noise led to complaints that we were too loud.

Getting around was difficult because the apartment is remote, with no nearby shops, and we didn’t have a car. The cold nights also left our children ill. We have twin three-year-olds, and the floors were slippery and uncomfortably cold without carpets or other coverings. The stairs had no safety measures, which felt like a serious risk for the children.
