Kars Atapark Boutique Hotel

I spent two nights here and had a wonderful stay. The room was spacious and clean, and both the heater and hot water were just fine. Breakfast was good, and the staff were very kind and helpful. They went to great lengths to find me a bus to Doğubayazıt. I’m very grateful and absolutely recommend this hotel.

Our room was bright, spacious, and very clean, almost like it was brand new. The hotel is reasonably priced and close to shops and restaurants. We had a lovely short stay, and the staff were very friendly. They even served us a plate of fruit when we checked in. There’s no AC, but that was completely fine since the nights were cool. The breakfast buffet had plenty of options. I highly recommend this hotel!

The owner accused us of not paying for the first night during our second night, even though he knew our names at check-in and must have seen the prepaid reservation. We’d stayed for two nights, and then spent half an hour while he checked, apparently because he was too lazy to look at another date and review all his programs. There wasn’t even an apology. Our rooms also weren’t cleaned. When we asked, we were told they couldn’t be cleaned anymore. No respect, not professional. The hardware is passable, so maybe it’s okay for a short stay, but don’t trust the owner with anything money related. A good hotel ruined by the owner’s terrible attitude.

The internet was good, and it was okay for one night. Stay any longer and you may feel pretty depressed afterward. Breakfast was terrible. I’m not too sure about the fire safety either.
