Bungalov Masukiye Villa

A lovely place to stay 🤍

Everything in the cabin had been thought through, from the cooking gear to the bathroom essentials. Nothing we needed was missing, and you can see they care about their guests. It made the stay very comfortable. I had a great time here and would definitely come back. Highly recommend it.

The owners told us the two bungalows we rented would have pools in front, but that wasn’t what we found when we arrived. We said we hadn’t agreed to this, but they imposed their decision and wouldn’t refund our money. They put my family of eight, my wife, two children, my other son, his wife, and their two children, out on the street. We called the police and filed a complaint. When we phoned, they said we could check the photos on their Instagram page, but the place wasn’t as described. I’ve now filed a criminal complaint with the prosecutor’s office. Nothing was as promised; they took my money and kicked us out.

The hot pool was lovely and convenient, and the landscaping and decor were beautiful. Even the bathroom felt like a sauna or a traditional Turkish bath, thanks to the underfloor heating, which made showering easy. Breakfast was brought to our room, a nice bonus. We spent a relaxing weekend there as a family and left satisfied. The setting in Maşukiye is beautiful and refined, a lovely match for a bungalow stay. The owner, Hilal, was attentive and did everything she could to help us have a peaceful holiday. That kind of care is hard to find in Sapanca or Masukiye, which is a real plus for visitors.
