The restaurant on the hotel side is quiet and good quality. The rooms are a different story: the walls are so thin that sound carries between them, and highway noise makes it impossible to open the windows. As of 15.08.2024, the fixed fees are 1225.62 TL for maintenance, 508.57 TL for common area energy, and 1091.73 TL for the unit central system, about 2850 TL total.

Sound insulation really should be considered here. You can hear someone in the next apartment breathing, and if you get a rude neighbor, you’re stuck listening to their awful music. It’s as loud as having your ear right next to an amplifier.

They’re still building the place, but it looks like it could turn out nice.
