We got back earlier this week after a smashing holiday. The pool view was amazing, and our swim-up room was a good size, with plenty of storage and a good shower. Everything was very clean. Ossie, the bar manager, was efficient and friendly, and all the staff were excellent. We’d definitely come back.

Pool room 601 had loads of space, though it could use a little TLC. The hotel sits above the bay, with lovely views towards Kalkan and enough distance from the nightlife to avoid the noise. The staff were amazing, and it’s a wonderful hotel. Two supermarkets, a great chocolate and waffle house, and a coffee shop are a short walk away. There are so many steps that it could be difficult for guests with limited mobility, and the lift only serves two floors, not the main pool and bar. Still, we loved it and would give it five stars.

We only spent one night here, but wished we could have stayed much longer. Didem at the entrance was very helpful and knew how to look after guests. She had our clean room ready, with the air conditioning on and water waiting for us. The views are amazing. We’ll definitely come back next year, and I strongly recommend the place.

The place had a relaxing feel and a great location, and the staff were friendly and always ready to help. It was spotless, and the service was excellent. I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommended.

Our room was worn and a bit dirty, and it was a much lower grade than the one we’d paid for. Management wasn’t accommodating and wasn’t willing to fix their mistakes.
