We ended up here because the kitchen at the hotel where we were staying was closed. This kitchen was closed too, but they opened it for us. The food was excellent, and the service was just as good. Everyone was extremely friendly and attentive. I'd recommend it to anyone.

I spent two months at 11 oda and felt right at home. People would often get together in the living room to chat or watch a movie, and there's a kitchen where you can make your own meals. Erman is a wonderful, caring host. The place is quiet and surrounded by nature, with a lovely garden, pool, and sun loungers. My room was cleaned regularly, the bed was comfortable, and the hot water never cut out. Highly recommend.

The breakfast was satisfying, and the staff were very attentive. It's a charming, peaceful spot within walking distance of Büyükçakıl Beach. I'd definitely come back. Highly recommended!

Umit and his team are great, really helpful people. The garden is amazing, and the best beach in Kas is only a five-minute walk away. A lovely place to relax and have a good time.

The staff are awesome and friendly, and they speak English, which is rare in Turkish hotels. The hotel is very clean, the garden is great, and breakfast is delicious. One of the nicest hotels in kas. Highly recommend.
