The location is handy for the center and shopping streets, and we appreciated the private parking. Getting there by car was a little tricky because Google Maps seemed outdated. The room was comfortable, though small enough that larger suitcases would have been hard to fit. The quiet, effective AC blew straight onto the bed, and we couldn't work out how to redirect it. Breakfast really is a lovely experience, both the room and the food, and there aren't many easy breakfast options nearby. The service was very good, especially Enes at reception, who was kind and professional. At 45 Euro per night, it felt like good value. A higher price would be harder to justify with breakfast charged separately.

The beds were really comfortable, and the rooms had AC. The staff were very nice and quickly helped us find somewhere to have breakfast. We'd come back!

We arrived in the evening with a reservation, having specifically looked for a hotel with parking, but were told the lot was full. The receptionist offered a space in front of the hotel. My husband hesitated because the street was narrow and people in the city drive very fast, so he complained that the parking information had been misleading. We eventually decided to stay and take our chances parking on the street. The receptionist then told us to find another hotel and said our reservation was cancelled. He also told Booking that it had been cancelled because of an invalid credit card, which wasn't true. His manner was extremely rude, and we were left without anywhere to stay that evening. If you need to be sure you'll have a place, I wouldn't go there.

We usually stay here when traveling to Istanbul. The location is very good, the prices are reasonable, and the rooms are clean and tidy. There's private parking too.
