I liked the central location, close to the attractions, and the spacious rooms were well priced. Breakfast was basic but reasonable. I stayed four nights, then came back a week later for another three. The problems were the hot water and the price change. They wanted another 150 TL per night for the same room. When I asked about the lack of hot water, I was told Sunday morning that it was being fixed, but someone else later said the repairman didn’t work Sundays. After being lied to and having such a disappointing stay, I left very disappointed, even though I would have stayed longer.

The rooms were more spacious than I expected, with a fridge, good air conditioning, and a bathroom that seems new and adds a bit of luxury. It’s good value if weak room internet and thin walls don’t bother you. Breakfast is the usual set dish, though there could be more çay. Reception is often unattended, so you’ll need to go to the little patisserie inside. Prices seem to change depending on who’s there, and the younger bearded receptionist is a little strange.
