The family who owns the hotel and the employees take good care of guests. Breakfast is the best part: everything served is homemade and prepared thoughtfully, with vegetables from their garden or the local bazaar. Other 5 start chain hotels(IHG, Marriott, Hilton) use Hello Fresh(Frozen veggies) to cut costs. The location is also hard to beat, one minute on foot to the public beach and some private beaches with no access fees and a 500₺ spending limit. Diving boats and tour boats are a five-minute walk away. One of the BEST hotels to stay in Kaş.

Mine, Hasan, and their father made the holiday feel like time with my own family. Their hospitality, friendliness, and willingness to help made the stay special. You can always reach Hasan or his sister Mine for assistance or advice, and they're ready to help. It's a quiet, beautiful spot about five minutes on foot from downtown, the center, mosque, and marina. The hotel has no beach of its own, but it's on the first line and you can get a room with a sea view. There are 1 wild free charged and 2 paid beaches in front. The organic breakfast was wonderful, and a tiny fig from the indoor garden makes a lovely dessert. The hotel was clean and fresh, with friendly housekeeping ladies cleaning every day. Rooms have a simple, sleek, bright design and beautiful stained-glass windows. The price and quality felt well balanced, and I couldn't find a cheaper place along the same stretch. Thanks to the hotel and staff for a good time. I'll definitely come back next year!

Ask ahead for a room with a panoramic sea view. The rooms are clean and have balconies. Breakfast is also a strong point, with different jams, honey, eggs, a range of cheeses, fresh fruit and vegetables, coffee, tea, and plenty more. A very nice boutique hotel.

Pool, amenities, staff, and food were all great. A couple of blocks from the marina area, I got a SUPER NICE fourth-floor room overlooking the Mediterranean for like 28$ a night. That was shoulder season, granted. BEST LOCATION, BEST PRICE.

The rooms were really clean and comfortable, and breakfast was AMAZING, with homemade cooking 😋. The staff were super friendly and supportive. Great location, just behind Cinarlar and Derya Beach. A great experience, thank you.
