The mountain setting is beautiful, and the apartment had everything we needed, including parking and a spot for a barbecue. It’s about 10 minutes by car to the town center and 15 minutes to the beach. Our flight was delayed, so we arrived late, but Ibrahim met us at 00:30 and welcomed us warmly. He and his family were helpful with all our requests. It was our first time in Kas, and we’d happily recommend Kaya Apart.

We had a cozy stay with our one-year-old, even with nighttime temperatures below freezing. Both rooms have air conditioning, and the floors stay warm because the landlords live downstairs and heat with a wood-burning stove. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. The landlords were friendly and accommodating. A beautiful apartment, highly recommended.

There aren’t any markets nearby, so shop in Kaş before you come up to the apartment. The place is family-run and spotlessly clean, and we were very pleased with Mr. Murat and his wife. You can stay here with peace of mind.

Friendly people, spotless rooms, and a place that feels like home. We were happy with everything and would definitely recommend it.
