The owners, Aunt Sevim and Uncle Şükrü, made a lasting impression with how attentive and cheerful they were. We left as a family wishing we'd booked more time, and we've already told people we know about the place. We want to come back every year. At first we wondered if the villa would look like the photos, but in person it was even more beautiful. It was thoughtfully built, with new furniture and appliances, air conditioning in every room, and everything spotless. We also loved the indoor and outdoor pools, the gazebo, barbecue, garden, and flowers. If you're after a perfect vacation, this is the place.

We barely left the villa this year. It was such a relaxing stay, and the pool was lovely for spending time with the children. Everything we needed was there, and the place was peaceful, surrounded by nature, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean. After enjoying our family visit last year, we came back without hesitation. Mr. Şükrü and his wife, Sevim Hanım, were very attentive. Thanks again to Mr. Deniz and his family. We hope to see you again 🙏🏼 I recommend it to everyone.

The pools were large, deep, and clean, and we enjoyed having barbecues in the evenings. We came from Istanbul for seven days and had the quiet, restful week among nature that we'd expected. The houses are luxurious stone villas, with all the appliances needed in the kitchen, bathroom, and living room. By car, Kalkan center, Patara, and the beaches in Kaş were an easy 10-15 minutes away. Thanks so much, Mr. Deniz. We hope to visit again.

Evenings in the garden were especially lovely, and it was about 3-4 degrees cooler than Kalkan center. A calm, cool, really nice holiday. Thanks to Mr. Deniz and Mr. Şükrü for looking after us.

The owners are such warm, friendly people and made us feel right at home. The rooms were spotless, and I loved the garden and pool. I think this was the best vacation I've ever had. If you want an unforgettable break, this is the villa to pick 🥰
