Breakfast was a real highlight, generous and full of variety. The rooms were bright, new, and clean, with a comfortable bed and extra blankets, plus an amazing view and a nice balcony. The staff were super friendly and helpful. They seem happy working there, which makes it a great place. The location is great, though Kaş is small, so you can't really go wrong. I'd happily stay again. There's some parking nearby, but in high season I think finding a spot would be tough at any hotel.

The staff were lovely and friendly on both visits, and I felt comfortable in this cozy hotel that really captures the feel of Kaş. On my third stay, I spent two weeks here and still didn't want to leave. For me, a trip to Kaş means staying at Livia Hotel. The location is hard to beat, the room was impeccably clean, and breakfast was AMAZING. My earlier stay was amazing too. The hotel was clean and well organized, with a beautiful room where everything was new. Breakfast was one of the best I've had, big and delicious, and the staff were so helpful and nice. I had such a lovely time and will definitely visit again.

Livia is easily one of the best places we found while driving around the area. Breakfast, staff, Wi-Fi, and location were all spot on. We stayed in two rooms, one on the rooftop with a partial sea view and another with a full sea view. Both were delightful in their own way. The rooftop one was quieter and had better lighting. Both had great beds and good water pressure and temperature. It checks every box!
