The property was gorgeous, and the photos show it accurately. We stayed three nights for our honeymoon and enjoyed the saltwater pool, ocean swimming access, and beautiful views. There are a ton of steps, but it’s still a lovely place. We chose to leave four stars because the service didn’t feel in line with the cost. This was one of the pricier hotels of our trip. The staff were pleasant, but very young, and the atmosphere gave the impression that no one really wanted to be there. They smoked around the property, watched loud videos on their phones in the open, and took drinks from coolers. We enjoyed our stay, but it felt less luxurious and exclusive than advertised and less than we’d expected for the price.

The sunsets here are the best I’ve seen, and the hotel is gorgeous inside and out. The service people were so friendly and nice. It’s a beautiful place to unwind.

Our room looked out over the pool and ocean, so we got to enjoy a sunset every night. The place is beautiful, with amazing views, a great pool, and an ocean swimming area. Staff at the bars and restaurant were lovely and attentive. There are several staffed bars and a restaurant, with good food and drinks, though they’re expensive. We loved our stay!

I had a very good night's sleep, and the staff were warm and let me check in a little early. The setting is gorgeous, too. A few parts of the service and food let the stay down, though. The salad at lunch was fresh and nicely made, but the dining room was still uncleaned and breakfast food was sitting out hours after breakfast had ended. I also asked the front desk to check whether I could book a massage that afternoon. They said they'd call my room, but I never heard from them. Dinner was a letdown. A couple of the things I ordered never arrived, which didn't bother me much since I'd asked to eat on my balcony. But the dishes were nothing like the photos on the hotel's website. The octopus pictured with fresh vegetables came as diced octopus and mixed vegetables in a clay hotpot, covered in cheese. It was an odd choice. Maybe it was a different chef or they were phoning it in during low season, I'm not sure, but I can't recommend dinner. It's a beautiful property in a lovely spot. I might come back, with different expectations about what's on offer.
