Molino Hotel

We booked a Superior Room through agoda.com, but were given a Standard Room with a wall view, noise from the technical room below, and a view toward the pool toilet entrance. We pointed out twice that there had been a mistake, but no one took it seriously and we got poor excuses. While we were staying there, the same room was being advertised as a Standard Room with Patio, which is what it actually was. We raised that with the hotel and were ignored. That felt disrespectful. The room category should be the same regardless of who books it or which site they use. The hotel chooses what to advertise on agoda.com, so it can't blame the site. There were 90 room photos there, and they didn't match the room we received. The room sold to us as Superior was the same one being promoted during our stay as a standard double room. That seemed deliberate and like the client was being fooled. It certainly wasn't 40m². It was only 25m², as shown in the attached photo, and the hotel itself described it as a standard double room with a side wall view. From the patio we could see only the pool toilet and technical room, no sea view. Why keep claiming it was 40m²? Please stop lying. We'll ask agoda.com for our money back. I'm pretty sure what the hotel is doing is illegal. Conclusion: the attitude toward clients was very bad. We won't come back. Good luck. Reply to the owner: Dear Sir, are you the manager or the owner? Zero stars. Are you seriously saying that because we booked a superior room through agoda.com, you can sell us a Standard Double Room as a Superior Room? That's deceiving clients. Please carry on with the excuses.

Getting to this part of Kaş without a car isn't easy, and having one also helps you reach the public beaches at the start of the area, which are amazing. Molino itself is a perfect place to stay. The hotel is exceptionally well kept, the rooms are amazing, and the surroundings are lovely and super clean. Highly recommended, especially if you're driving.

It's a peaceful, beautiful hotel where you can really switch off from the city. The atmosphere is cool and stylish, and the pool and lounge area are great. Lotte the dog is a real bonus. Staff were very helpful, and our room was good, with a balcony overlooking the Castelorizo. Breakfast had plenty of choice. There are only a few cafés open on the peninsula, especially out of season, but Molino also gives you the option to eat there at a very reasonable price.

The room was larger than it looked in the photos, and the bed and pillows were so comfortable. The whole property was really clean. My husband and I found the hotel beautiful and cozy, and ended up not wanting to leave. It was much better than we'd expected, and I'd come back without a second thought. The service was very professional. A special thank you to Omar (or Omer, sorry, I can't remember the name) from the restaurant, and the girls from housekeeping. They were always smiling, friendly, and helpful. I've come away with so many good memories.
