The checkout was especially frustrating. I asked to leave at 7 am and was told I’d have to pay for the full night, which felt unreasonable and unwelcoming. The resort’s guest policies also seemed to change unexpectedly. Despite telling reception several times about my early checkout, nobody was available to help with my luggage, so I had to carry it myself. I was returning after a previous stay, and this year’s service and amenities fell short of what I’d experienced before. The room had basic problems: the toilet was broken and unusable, the floor was so dirty it turned my slippers black, and the toilet seat had discoloration that suggested it hadn’t been properly cleaned. Requests for a plug adapter, coffee, and tissues weren’t handled promptly. Breakfast had fewer options than the year before, and service there was poor. I left disappointed and dissatisfied. I expected the same level of quality as on my previous visit, but this stay didn’t deliver. I don’t plan to return or recommend the resort.

For 2161€ for 7 days at a 5-star resort, as they call it, we couldn’t get even the simplest services. It was one of the worst experiences I’ve had. There are no phones in the rooms, so you have to message reception on WhatsApp for anything. How long you wait depends on who’s on shift, and sometimes it takes a few minutes. After midnight, every facility closes, including housekeeping and the restaurant, and you’re left waiting until morning. Arrange private transport before planning to go to Bodrum, because if you ask the resort, you may wait 15 to 30 minutes. Beach staff also charged us around 60€ for front-row beds, while my friend wasn’t charged. If the beach is part of your accommodation, why ask for an access fee? Charge me for what I order instead.

The infinity pool and its views are exceptional, and it’s rare to find a hotel so well placed for a quiet, relaxing break. Steps lead down to a beautiful deck where you can get straight into the sea. The rooms are spacious and well laid out, with plenty of storage. That pool area deserves a properly run hotel behind it. At this price, the poor management is hard to accept. Cleaning staff often left bins unemptied, didn’t replace toilet roll, or took towels without bringing fresh ones. The restaurant food was decent when they had what you asked for, but they seemed to have run out of most of the plentiful menu. Breakfast was woeful: only omelets were included, and everything else cost extra. The bedding was the worst part. It felt cheap, and the only cover was like a big tea towel. There was no top sheet, just a scratchy waffle bedspread that didn’t reach both sides of the bed, let alone cover two slender people. These are easy issues to fix with the right management, and shouldn’t happen at this price point.

A missed opportunity. You’re basically renting a room like an Air BNB, with no real hotel service. Breakfast was a few slices of bread, some cheese, and watermelon left out in the open with flies on it. Eggs were available if you asked, but came uncooked. Nobody here speaks English, so you need Google Translate to communicate, but the Wi-Fi barely works and you may have to use your own data. There are no room phones either, so contacting reception means using WhatsApp. The whole place shuts down at 11 pm, leaving you completely alone with no one to speak to if there’s an issue, say with the air conditioning. Housekeeping knocked really hard at 10 am every morning, even with the do not disturb sign up. They said they had to clean the whole hotel before leaving at 4 pm, which is a joke. On the first day our room wasn’t cleaned, and afterward we had to ask 4 or 5 times to get it done. I wouldn’t recommend staying here. It’s just a room, not a hotel.
