It's a cute, family-run hotel in a convenient location, with an amazing view and really friendly hosts. We enjoyed our stay and thought it was good value. The rooms were small, just as shown in the photos, but clean and equipped with everything we needed. Breakfast was a local Turkish spread with lots of variety. We strongly recommend it. Thanks for having us!

When I arrived for the one-night stay I’d booked at Nest Gunay Otel in Kas, Turkey, from 6th to 7th May, the hotel was shut. I called the number posted on the door and was told they were closed and couldn’t host me. They said I’d have to contact the booking service to get my money back, but I couldn’t get into the hotel and lost the payment. Later, I saw Google Maps reviews saying 8 other people had been scammed. While I was standing outside, another woman who’d been scammed showed up. Be careful!!!

In 2 hours, there were 8 of us caught in the same situation. They take your payment through Booking, then claim at the hotel that your reservation isn’t showing and won’t let you into the room. You’re left without anywhere to sleep and out of pocket. Be careful, this feels like a scam. Don’t book this hôtel through Booking, even if the price looks cheap.

We only stayed one day in Kas before heading to the airport for a night flight, and this place worked perfectly for that stop. The room was on the small side, but had everything we needed and was super clean. A real gem, with a perfect location.

We got a lot for the price here. It’s a lovely family-run hotel, with beautiful rooms, a great location, amazing views, and a delicious breakfast. GREAT STAY! I’d recommend a walk to the nearby amphiteatre around sunset.
