Payam Hotel

The hotel is at the edge of town, which kept things quiet, while still being a short walk from the center. The pizza restaurant there was amazing, cozy, and had great music. Rooms are a bit small, but there’s plenty of storage for bags and such. Everyone was kind and helpful, especially Emily at reception, who answered all our questions. There are so many hotels in Kas, but we definitely chose the right one!

We stayed here for our honeymoon and would definitely come back. The room was clean, the staff were really nice and helpful, and the balcony looked out over an amazing view of the water. They also serve an extensive, delicious breakfast and have a parking lot. Downtown is within walking distance.

The cats are adorable, and I loved the service, the staff, the restaurants, and the breakfast with its sea view. I’m vegan and found great choices at their veg restaurant. There’s a spa too. Our room was pretty, clean, and well ventilated, and they even upgraded us to one with a jacuzzi. The location is lovely, about a 10-minute walk to a lagoon, 3-4 minutes from the city, and right by the amphitheatre. It can get noisy at night because sound travels up from town, though that isn’t their fault. With the windows closed it’s fine, so no complaints. I’d 100% come again.

It’s only a 3-minute walk to Leymona Beach Club for swimming or relaxing by the sea, and there’s a hidden short route to the ancient theatre at Antiphellos nearby. The street itself is quiet and charming, with great views and such a relaxing atmosphere. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are clean, and breakfast was the best. Cats and chickens wander around every day, which is pretty fun. I’m in love with this place.
