Suna Sun Hotel

The only little snag for us was the aircon. The electricity cuts off when you leave the room, so coming back meant it was stuffy and took a while for the AC to start again. A minor thing, though, compared with how well everyone treated us. Ogün and Huseyin were always close by and made sure we were happy with the service. Ms. Burcu, who runs the property, checked in with us each morning and was thoughtful, polite and easy to chat with. The whole staff was fantastic. We were there for a special occasion, and the quiet, peaceful hotel and spacious, very clean room overlooking the sea made it feel even more special. We changed all our sightseeing plans once we saw the sun chairs set out on the rocks over the water. The restaurant’s dinners were the best and most delicious we found nearby, and Friday nights had live music. Breakfast was a treat too, with homemade food made from farm-to-table ingredients. The staff worked hard and were warm and personable, and leaving this little paradise was the hardest part. The property is in a prime spot on the peninsula and kept in pristine condition. Our clean, elegant, spacious room had stunning views of the Mediterranean. As soon as we walked in, we knew we’d made the right choice. This became our favorite place in Turkey, and we can’t wait to return.

The breakfast was a real feast, possibly the best we’ve had in Türkiye or anywhere else. There was a story behind each dish, the fruit and jams and dips came organically from a local farm, and all the bread, including the sourdough, was baked in house. When we had an early kayak trip one morning, the staff packed us lovely sandwiches, snacks and drinks for lunch. Ogun, Gurkhan and the rest of the team looked after us so well. We had a wonderful stay at suna sun hotel. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, with a fantastic view of the pool and peninsula. We fell in love with Kaş through this hotel and its people, and can’t wait to come back!

The service was discreet and efficient, and everyone was kind and helpful. The food was delicious, the best I had in Kas, and there were always enough sunbeds overlooking the turquoise sea. I had an amazing week here. My room was comfortable and spacious, with a gorgeous view. I can’t wait to return!
