That sunset from the roof terrace over the valley was a highlight. The food was excellent, and you’re paying for comfort and really good meals. Villa Lapaz is warm and dry inside, even though it was chilly and wet outside during our November hikes. It has a lovely microclimate, and the house is beautiful. The hosts are kind, professional people who know how to look after guests. Price is the one possible concern. It did seem a little expensive, but it’s hard to compare villas with pensions or campsites, so I thought it was well worth it.

Dinner and breakfast were delicious, and the host, his wife, and their family were all very friendly. They even packed a lunch for our hike and let us do a load of laundry. We stayed one night while hiking the Lycian Way. The rooms don’t have en-suite bathrooms, but that didn’t bother us. Some reviews mentioned lots of extra charges, but we didn’t find that at all. The host clearly explained what was included in the rate.

The meals were probably the best I had during my month in Turkey. Almost all the food comes from their own garden. The rooms were quiet and comfortable, there was a hot shower, and the people were lovely. I had a really good stay and only wished I could’ve stayed longer.

There’s a washing machine, and the owner was friendly and really helpful. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable, and the facilities are great for people hiking the Lycian Way. Dinner and breakfast were delicious, and you can ask for more if you’re still very hungry. Wonderful Turkish hospitality.

Dinner and breakfast were amazing, and they even packed a sandwich and fruit for my lunch on the trail. It was an excellent stop on the Lycian Way. The host was incredibly friendly and easy to reach on WhatsApp, and I could do laundry there. My room was very clean, with a peaceful view from the terrace. Great stay!
