A beautiful villa in even lovelier surroundings. Highly recommend.

Getting down to the sea from the villa is easy, though the climb back up takes some effort. We counted exactly 150 steps, and the clear water and having that spot to ourselves made it worthwhile. There’s a broad, flat area by the sea with room for 9-10 people and 4-6 loungers, plus showers both there and by the pool. We even kept fishing at night, and there are rod holders for that. The pool is 14 meters long, with a depth from 1.40 cm to 200 cm, so it worked well for family swims. Inside, there are three bedrooms, each with air conditioning and its own bathroom and toilet. The third bedroom is below the pool, though it’s just like the others. The shared kitchen and living room are stocked with the things you’d want at home, including a water dispenser, filter coffee machine, clothes dryer, and toaster. It can comfortably fit three couples. The villa looks just like the photos, but the view is even better. It’s about 8-9 minutes from Kaş center and the well-known beaches. Given the reasonable price compared with nearby houses, we’d consider coming back. We had a great holiday, and I’d happily recommend it.

The terrace, pool, and view were beautiful, and the location gets a 10 out of 10 from me. The price for what you get could have been better, though. There were only four sun loungers for a six-person villa with three separate rooms. I’d asked twice by email for six loungers, weeks before we arrived, but that wasn’t taken care of. The rooms were clean, but quite old, and the taps, showers, and kettles felt loose or needed replacing. I was worried some of the fixtures might break.

We were four friends staying in the last week of August. The clean rooms and shared spaces worked well, and the kitchen had what we needed apart from a Turkish coffee machine. The pool, which you can reach from downstairs, was big, clean, and fun. There’s also a pleasant garden seating area and a barbecue. The upstairs bedroom’s toilet was inside the room and had no door, which we didn’t like. Downstairs there’s another bedroom, plus the living room and kitchen. The villa is between other villas, so it doesn’t feel very private. You can get to the sea by going down 150 steps. The way down wasn’t tiring, but coming back up was, and the steps down to the water were difficult. The sea was often rough, so we only managed one swim. There are three beaches about a 10-minute drive away. We saw Mr. Osman, who looks after the house, once when we arrived and once when we left, and our rubbish was collected daily. The house and pool were functional, but if you’re going mainly for the sea, I wouldn’t expect too much.
