It’s a quiet, private spot, but still very close to the city center and beaches. My friends and I found the villa comfortable, with brand new furniture and thoughtful appliances and amenities throughout. The pool was spotless and cleaned every day, and the neighborhood felt especially peaceful in the evenings. The views were breathtaking and the whole place felt serene. I can’t recommend it enough.

We had four bedrooms for our group of eight, including children, and stayed for ten days. Every bedroom had two beds, a sea view, a balcony, and its own shower and toilet, which made things really convenient. There was another shower and toilet on the ground floor too. The pool terrace was fantastic, and the pool was very clean. Ramazan Bey, the caretaker, checked it every day and was always available when we had questions. This was the most comfortable villa I’ve stayed in. Our holiday in Kaş was the best one we’ve had, and we’ll definitely come back ❤️🙏

At Likia, we found the location, view, and amenities amazing. Everything was very clean, and the villa had all we needed. We chose September, when there was no traffic, and the center was just a few minutes away by car. The stairs are a bit of a challenge, but waking up to that view makes them worth it.

We had a lovely holiday, and the villa was comfortable and just what we expected. It was tidy and very clean, in a pleasant location. Mr. Zülfikar was attentive and helpful, and tried to assist us with everything. I wholeheartedly recommend staying here. 🌿✨

I got to spend two days here and finally shake off the tiredness from the past year. The materials and furnishings, inside and out, were really high quality. Everything was clean and tidy. It felt like being at home, and I woke up feeling peaceful. The city center is very close too. See you again, and thank you Villa Pietroza💯💯
