White Garden Villas

The owners were a real bonus. They checked in often to see if we needed anything, helped with cleaning, and treated us to things from their garden and homemade treats. They clearly put a lot into their work. They even showed us one of the Villa apartments, with its refined, clean look, garden pool, and panoramic view. It left us speechless. We stayed nine nights in the Patara studio below the Villa. It was tastefully furnished, spotless, well maintained, and everything was new and working. We had all the supplies for the washing machine, iron, oven, dishwasher, and induction stove. The location suited us well: away from busy Kas, but only five minutes away by car, and close to the main beaches and essential shops. We had a really great time.

We were delighted with this villa. Our family of four can be pretty picky, but the setting, views, cleanliness, cozy feel, and thoughtful design all won us over. It has everything you need and more, and the hosts are kind, helpful, and very welcoming. The sea views are lovely from every part of the villa, including all the bedrooms. From the street, you can see the sea on one side and mountains on the other. Everything inside was spotless, and the owner cleaned the pool every day. For this price, I doubt you’ll find anything better, even if you spend more. Hasan and his lovely wife made us feel so welcome, and we’d be happy to return. Book without hesitation, I’m sure people will love the villa and its beautiful surroundings.

We’ve been coming to Kaş for part of our holidays for three years and had tried several hotels and apartments before finding this villa. Its two bedrooms and pool made it comfortable for our family, and the spacious layout worked well. Mornings in the pool and sunsets in the evening were a treat, with the magnificent sea and nature views making everything feel peaceful. Everything was clean, modern, and equipped for our needs. Since it had opened this year, all the furnishings and kitchen were brand new and spotless. We also really liked the water fountain detail. Being able to cook meant we could avoid the crowds in the city center each evening. Next time, we’re planning to share two villas with friends. We wholeheartedly recommend it.

Mrs. Berfin was one of the best parts of our stay. She looked after all sorts of things, from water and clothes dryers to the laundry basket, and even brought delicious apple cookies. That level of care is rare. The owners were just as kind and attentive, and helped us with all the problems and things we needed. Villa Sinema has everything you could want, from the kitchen and bathroom to the bedroom. The view, pool, and outdoor shower are the real highlights, and I never got tired of that view. The villa is beautifully furnished with thoughtful details and wonderfully soft blankets. It felt so welcoming that we were completely comfortable, and it truly saved our vacation. It's also conveniently close to town. I’d recommend it to anyone wanting an unforgettable holiday in Kaş.
