Not recommended. At 2300 TL a night, the price was very high, yet the room wasn't properly cleaned. A tiny bathroom had been squeezed into the room, and there was neither AC nor a fan, so I opened the windows to cool it down. On checkout day, breakfast still wasn't available at 8:00 AM because the cook hadn't arrived, according to the duty staff. My wife and I prepared our own breakfast since we had to catch a flight. The breakfast service also had very limited variety and low quality, with no spoons, forks, or tissues on the table. Mr. Owner, I don't criticize without a reason. The staff were all friendly, helpful, and thoughtful, and the rooms and other spaces were beautifully designed and clean. We had an amazing stay. You can hear sound through the wooden walls, but that seems normal for a 150-year-old building. If I come back, I'll see you again.

The beds were comfortable and the room was clean, but I wouldn't recommend this place. We stayed for two nights in a lovely mansion with a 150-year history, though the renovation was poor. The open buffet had too few choices and the food quality was low, so we were left hungry. The staff weren't very helpful or friendly either.

The garden is nicely decorated, and each floor has its own hall where you can spend time. It's a great place to stay in Kastamonu. The hotel is old but well maintained, and the staff are helpful and cheerful. It's centrally located, so you can park the car and explore the city on foot. I loved it.
